What is held, and what it is used for
An email address, and nothing else. No name is asked for and no telephone number is asked for, because neither is needed to send a monthly note. The address is not sold, it is not rented and it is not passed to a third party. It is not used for promotions: this publication names no brand and no product anywhere, so there is nothing here to promote to you. Every dispatch carries a link to stop it, and the address is deleted on request.
